We have worked with passion and tradition
for over fifty years

Our story officially began in 1969, in Barolo, born from the passion of Bruno Mazzocchi for quality meat and  a genuine love of tradition, giving rise to a company specialised in craft meat preparation.

The fifty years of history brings with it a priceless heritage of knowledge, passion and values, which Bruno conserved and strengthened over the years, and handed down intact to his son Giuseppe.
